1 cup cooked rice
¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 cup coconut milk
In a medium saucepan over medium heat add milk, honey and peanut butter mixing well. Stir in rice and peanuts, top with your favorite fruit and serve warm.
