Ingredients
2 fresh white fish filets
4 green bananas, sliced
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 hot pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
