Southern African avocado or Alligator Pear in English recipe is a ripe mashed avocado is mixed with milk and sugar to create a creamy smoothie recipe.

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
1 cup whole milk
Sugar to taste
½ cup crushed ice


Directions
Combine the avocado, milk, sugar, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
