Zambia Sesame Seed Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup toasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon onion salt 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor, use the pulse setting on the processor and slowly add oil while grounding until mixture is the consistency of a peanut butter sauce. Tahini is also a paste made from ground sesame seeds used primarily in Middle Eastern cooking. Serve Zambia Sesame Seed Sauce as a dip, sauce on poultry or sandwiches.
