2 tablespoons palm oil
2 15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 15x10x1 inch baking dish with foil. Spread beans in a single layer over foil and bake until crunchy 45-50 minutes. Toss with oil and salt.
