Nutrition facts: 210 calories, 2 grams fat

Ingredients 

1 large clove of garlic 

1 small piece turmeric root 

1 small piece fresh young ginger 

3 cups whole milk, goat milk or water


Directions 

Boil together all the ingredients. Simmer for ten minutes. Cool slightly, remove spices. Add a teaspoon of honey or sugar if you like the drink sweet.
