Ingredients
1 large can sugar pumpkin
1 teaspoon powdered cardamom
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups coconut milk
3 3/4 cups water
Directions
Add drained pumpkin onto a large lidded pot. Add half the amount of coconut milk and boil for 3 minutes. Add sugar, cardamom, and coconut milk. Cover and cook for five more minutes. Serve as a dessert with vanilla ice cream.
