Fried Beef Ox Liver recipe ingredients and directions.


Ingredients

1 pound beef ox liver sliced thin

6 garlic cloves, crushed and minced

2 large yellow onion, chopped

1 1/2 tablespoons Braai spice

3 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

Over medium-high heat in a large frying pan saute onions until golden brown with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then add the garlic. In a small bowl add flour and spices and roll liver pieces of liver one by one in flour. Saute liver evenly on each side, mix in fried onions before serving. Serve over rice
