Ingredients
1 1/4 cup cassava flour

large egg

cup ground unsalted peanuts

medium onion chopped

scallions chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup vegetable broth 1 hot pepper, chopped

teaspoon salt
Oil
for frying
Directions
In
a large frying pan heat vegetable oil. Add all ingredients, mix well until a
soft dough forms. Form small flat fritters, fry until golden brown about 3
minutes on each side. Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve as a
snack.
