green bananas, sliced

cup peanuts, chopped

large tomatoes, sliced

bunch green onions, chopped

hot pepper

tablespoon lemon juice

cups vegetable stock
Salt
and pepper to taste
Directions
Add
all ingredients to a large pot and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
