Slow Cooker Curry Goat Stew is delicious; the recipe is full of flavor and spice lovingly prepared by African families for generations.

You don't need to brown the meat before cooking it in a slow cooker since goat meat is very low in fat. Remember, every time you lift the lid, you lose heat especially if you are cooking on low, therefore, each time you lift the lid, extended cooking time 25- 30 minutes.
