Roz Bel Laban Egyptian Rice Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups cooked white rice
3 cups light cream
½
cup honey
1 teaspoon rose-water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
In a large saucepan add all ingredients
and simmer until thick. Place in a large covered dish, chill in the refrigerator for
at least 6 hours. Serve cold. Drizzle with honey and cinnamon if desired.
