Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup apple or fruit juice (adjust for dough texture)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, oats, powdered milk, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix oil, honey/syrup, and juice separately, then stir into dry ingredients until dough forms (add more liquid if dry).

  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
