South African Healthy Ground Lamb Babooti Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground lamb

2 medium onions finely chopped

2 large tomatoes finely chopped

2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 large eggs

1 tablespoon apricot jam

1/2 banana sliced

1 large apple finely chopped

2 tablespoons curry powder

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Salt to taste

Directions

Brown lamb and drain off excess fat. Add onions cook until transparent. Add all ingredients into a large bowl, mix well and cook 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a bread loaf pan. Serve with rice.
