Our openness to ourselves tells the world that we are worthy of affection, not enmity. Our strength derives not merely from the good times in life, but from those that test the rich love of spirit. Rejection, hatred, skepticism, and xenophobia are all ugly words that drag your spirit under murky waters without hope of breathing fresh air. Dark minutes in life cannot define the rich love of spirit, just like changes of the seasons we are constantly sprouting and growing.

How to make the popular African recipes Ugali and Fufu and what is the difference.  Ugali is a starch dish in Kenya and Tanzania made of fine cornmeal cooked in boiling water into a soft dough. Fufu is a thick, dough-like West African food made by boiling then pounding a starchy vegetable such as yam, plantain, or cassava or a mixture of starchy vegetables. The main difference between fufu and ugali is fufu is boiled first then pounded while ugali is simply boiled. Ugali recipe. Air Fryer Fufu Fries with Spicy Ketchup Spice up your fry game with Fufu Fries by shaping firm fufu into fries, season with salt and air fry. Eat with spicy ketchup. Fufu fries are chewy and dense compared to classic French fries. The flavor of fufu fries is subtle and mild with a smooth, starchy bite. Fufu Fries Air Fryer Fufu Fries with Spicy Ketchup Ingredients Prepared plantain fufu (see the easy recipe below) Salt to taste Directions  Roll the fufu into a flat rectangle and chill until firm. Slice into fry-sized pieces. Lightly brush with Avocado oil for a golden finish. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.  Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
