How to Make Mango Chutney


Ingredients
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups dried chopped mango
2 bunches fresh cilantro chopped
2 cups golden raisins
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons dried onion
Red pepper flakes to taste 

Directions 
Add all ingredients together and simmer 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly pour chutney into a 2-quart jar. Allow cooling on the counter.
