Easy Marinated Ginger Beer Mango Salad Recipe


Ingredients:
Marinated Ginger Beer Mango
Marinated Ginger Beer Mango
2 ripe mangoes peeled, seeded, and cubed
1 cup ginger beer from your local grocery store

Directions:
Place all ingredients in covered bowl. Seal bowl, and shake vigorously to mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. To serve, toss with salad greens and sprinkle with raw walnuts.
