Ingredients:

cup warm lime juice

½ cup coconut flakes

handfuls chopped coriander
½
teaspoon minced garlic

teaspoon lemon grass paste
1
teaspoon ginger paste
¼
cup sugar

small hot pepper
Directions:
Dissolve
sugar into lime juice, add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until mixture
is the consistency of a thick sauce. Serve as a dip for bread or chips or use
as a sauce for fried chicken or grilled meats.
