Meatless Korma Gravy Recipe

medium white minced onion

teaspoons ginger

teaspoon turmeric

crushed garlic clove

ground coriander

cup coconut milk

cup buttermilk

tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Sauté
the onion and garlic in olive oil; add to it the spices and mix in the coconut
and buttermilk. Simmer until thick 15- 20 minutes. Serve over vegetables or meat if you choose to, this gravy is
especially good with lamb.
