Ingredients
3/4 cup self rising flour
1 large egg
1 tablespoon whole milk or more if needed
tablespoon onion powder
1/2 mashed yellow banana
3/4 teaspoon salt


Directions
Beat the egg, and to it add the milk, salt, onion, banana and flour. Drop the batter in tiny drops into hot fat, and fry until brown and crisp. Drain on paper and serve with the soup
